Questioning techniques
You have to ask the right questions to get to the real goal. We provide advisers with a range of questioning techniques to make clients realise their goals and paint a mental picture of their future. Once they have the picture, it's much easier to discuss long term strategies.
Building and reviewing a goals based plan
Once we've discovered a clients goals, it's time to build a plan centred around them. When that plan is in place, it should be reviewed every year to check the client remains on-track.
We show advisers how to do this at every stage.
